Vigour and Skills founders Beatrice and Clement launched their online platform to showcase the work of master craftsmen in neighbouring communities.
Celebrating craftsmanship and sharing the stories of their individual makers with customers across the country has become a blossoming, nationwide operation. V+S work with makers of hand-thrown ceramics, leather works, basketry, hand blown glassware and fine jewellery - empowering customers to make informed choices about what they buy.
Storytelling, traceability and transparency are an essential part of the V+S experience. Customers have access to behind-the scenes videos with makers, directed by Clement himself, which tell intimate stories of how each item came to life.
